WorkForce group is an outsourcing company located in Nigeria specialized in helping individuals, organizations and communities identify and build capabilities that will enable them to create value, achieve high performance and win in the marketplace.
There were 4 different stages of the interview.
- First is with the HR manager, who profiles you to know where you best fit and asks what your interests are.
- The second phase of the interview is one; one) with 3 group heads (outsourcing business manager, strategy manager, learning and development manager) at different times and dates.
- The third process is an assessment centre which involves. case study analysis, individual presentations, Group discussion and quizzing on your presentations from the case study.
- The last interview was with the Lead consultant which was very informal and was the easiest
