Positioning Note

This role is positioned as an Enterprise Technology Consultant, not a generic Microsoft product specialist. Successful candidates will represent Expervia directly in enterprise digital transformation engagements — advising clients on business outcomes, not just implementing Microsoft products.

As we continue to expand our enterprise delivery capabilities, we are seeking experienced Microsoft Technology Consultants to join our growing team.

Position Summary

We are looking for highly skilled Microsoft professionals who are passionate about solving complex business challenges through technology. You will work with enterprise clients to assess business requirements, design Microsoft-based solutions, participate in digital transformation initiatives, and deliver projects that create measurable business value. This role requires both strong technical expertise and excellent client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise clients to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
  • Participate in discovery workshops and digital transformation assessments.
  • Design Microsoft-based enterprise solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Implement and configure Microsoft technologies based on project requirements.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution architecture and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and engineers to deliver successful projects.
  • Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, and solution designs.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
  • Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay current with Microsoft technologies, certifications, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Current Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience delivering Microsoft enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers is highly desirable.
