Job Title: Enrollment Officer
Job Objective(s)
- Enrollment (onboarding of enrollees, card production, client termination), premium computation, notice of suspension, client reinstatement, and provider change in the database software.
- Assist medical operations with enrollees/providers in processing information in response to enquiries and requests about the partnership experience.
- Notice of suspension to enrollees and provide documented reports about anticipated and future enrollments.
- Provide insight into the enrollee database by providing information such as marketing, strategic planning, and demographic data.
- Respond to all inquiries about enrolling, including verifying that enrollments are accurately filled out and uploaded per the protocol guidelines.
- Perform ad hoc tasks like answering phone and in-person inquiries, and processing and acknowledging enrollment application forms promptly and accurately.
- Any other duties assigned.
 Specification/Qualification Requirement:
- The ideal candidate should possess at least a first degree; having a Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
 Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role within a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or managing an HMO desk in a hospital.
- Strong ICT skills, particularly in hospital or HMO software, along with administrative abilities, would be beneficial.
 Professional Membership:
- Having a professional qualification in Management and Administration is a valuable asset to being successful in this role.

- Reports to: Head, Medical Operations
- Supervises: Enrollment
