Job Objective(s)

- Provide documented reports about anticipated and future enrollments.

- Respond to all inquiries about enrolling.
- Verify that enrollments are accurately filled out and uploaded per the protocol guidelines.
- Handling phone and in-person inquiries.
- Processing and acknowledgement of enrollment application forms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Give potential families prompt, professional information about their enrollment status.
- Keep an up-to-date enrollment database.
- Recognize, monitor, and update the registration fee while verifying the payment of said amount.
- Organize interview dates, hours, and forms through correspondence.
Specification/Qualification Requirement:
- Qualification: Minimum of first degree; Master’s degree would be an added advantage
- Age: Between 25 and 45 years
Experience Required:
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar role in a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or handling an HMO desk in a Hospital
- Must possess outstanding ICT and Administrative skills.
Professional Membership:
- Professional qualification in Management and Administration is an added advantage.
